I am write about Marion Jones, Ronaldo, Miguel Indurain and Venus Williams.

Marion Jones is American. She is one of the best female athletes is the world. She was born in Los Angeles in 1975. At the age of 14, she ran the 100m in 11,62 seconds! She`s now a member of the American olympic team. She competes in the 100m and 200m sprints and the long jump.

Ronaldo is Brazilian. He is on of the most fomous footballers in the world. He was born in 1976. In 1996, he played for Barcelona. Later, he played for Iner de Milan and real Madrid. Now he play for Milan in Italy. He is also a member of the Brazilian team.

Miguel Indurain is Spanish. He is one of the most successful cyclists in Spain. He was born in Navarra in 1964. In 1995 he won the Tour the France for the fifth time in cosecutive years.

Venus Williams is American. She was born in june 1980. Their father started to teach, to play tennis when she was four. She became a professional in 1994. In 2000 Venus won the final and became the Wimbledon champion. Venus is quieter and enjoys reading poetry and waching films.
